Our white-collar crime practice includes advising on complex, high-value frauds and scams across jurisdictions involving digital assets and also conducting complex investigations including asset tracing and data mining to understand the extent of the wrongdoing or the allegation.

Our construction practice includes advising clients on a broad range of disputes including dispute board proceedings and other forms of intermediate and alternative dispute resolution, contract administration, and the management of claims arising during the course of a project. A large number of our projects and arbitrations involve bespoke EPC, turnkey, and other construction contracts, and we also have an in-depth understanding of all of the key industry standard documentation packages, such as FIDIC.

Our international arbitration practice includes advising and representing companies, individuals, and State entities in investment treaty and commercial arbitrations conducted in accordance with all major international arbitration rules across various jurisdictions.

Our commercial and transactional disputes practice focuses on complex cross-border matters arising from shareholder arrangements, joint ventures, M&A transactions, equity and debt investments, distribution and franchise networks, and supply chain disruptions. We routinely advise and represent clients in disputes involving breaches of representations and warranties, indemnity claims, governance deadlocks, mismanagement, wrongful termination, payment defaults, and unauthorised or fraudulent transfers. Combining deep international arbitration expertise with litigation capabilities across jurisdictions, we deliver legally sound, commercially focused outcomes aligned with our clients’ strategic objectives.
