Singularity sets-up shop in the Middle East

Singularity has announced the opening of its new office in the UAE, marking a significant milestone in the company's expansion in the Middle East. The firm has established a strong reputation for its innovative approach to legal services and its commitment to leveraging technology to improve access to justice.

With the new office in the UAE, Singularity will bring its cutting-edge dispute resolution services to clients across the Middle East. The company's services include legal advice and support, dispute resolution including arbitration and litigation, litigation finance, investigation, global enforcement and recovery, and more. This announcement comes a year after Singularity became the first law firm in India to be licensed as DIFC solicitors, and Mr. Prateek Bagaria, a partner with the firm, was licensed as a DIFC barrister.

Singularity has extensive experience in international dispute resolution, having represented clients in complex cross-border disputes across a range of industries, including energy, infrastructure, technology, and finance. Singularity's team of experienced lawyers and legal technologists have a deep understanding of the unique challenges that arise in multijurisdictional, high-stake disputes and recovery.

"We are excited to expand into the Middle East and bring our innovative legal services and international dispute resolution expertise to clients in the region," said Mr. Bagaria. "The Middle East is a dynamic and growing market with a strong demand for efficient, effective, and responsive legal services. We are committed to helping our clients achieve their legal objectives with the latest in legal technology and innovation."

Singularity's expansion in the Middle East is part of the firm's broader strategy to expand its global footprint and serve clients in key markets around the world. The firm aims to establish a strong presence in the MENA region, where it sees a significant growth potential.

"We believe that the Middle East is a market with tremendous potential, and we are committed to investing in the region and building long-term relationships with our clients," said Mr. Bagaria. "With our expertise in international dispute resolution and our focus on using technology to drive efficiency and effectiveness, we are confident that we can provide our clients with the highest quality legal services and help them achieve their objectives."

Singularity's new office in the UAE is open and ready to serve clients across the Middle East.
